Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

To delete your account:

  1. Open the Sokuji App

  2. Navigate to “Profile”

  3. Tap on “Delete My Account”

  4. Confirm your request

Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request", and include the phone number associated with your account.

Once we receive your request:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 business days

  • All personal data (such as name, phone number, address) will be removed from our active systems

  • We may retain limited data for legal or regulatory compliance as required

⚠️ Note: This action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your data or bookings after deletion.
